§ 10-57. Penalties.

(a)

Any minor who knowingly violates the provisions of this ordinance shall be subject to a fine of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for each offense.

(b)

Any person under age twenty-one (21) who commits a first offense prohibited by this ordinance and who regularly attends secondary school shall be eligible for completion of the program said individual shall be refunded the full amount of the fine paid under subsection (a).
