§ 10-61. Definitions.

Owner. Any person or other legal entity owning a dog or, in the case of a person under the age of eighteen (18), the person's parent or legal guardian.

Severe injury. Any physical injury to a human being, domestic pets and livestock that results in muscle tears or disfiguring lacerations or requires multiple sutures or corrective or cosmetic surgery.
