§ 11-2. Loitering prohibited after dark.

(a)

No person shall loiter in any park of the city between the hours of dusk to dawn.

(b)

Any person desiring to use any park during the hours specified in subsection (a) shall first obtain written permission from the park commissioner. Such permit shall not be refused except for cause, which cause shall be stated in writing to the applicant.

(c)

Any person found to be in violation of this section shall be fined in accordance with section 1-11.
