§ 11-37. Nonresident usage; fees.

(a)

Nonresident boaters will be permitted the use of the boat launching ramp and picnic area after having secured a permit from the city/town clerk for which an annual fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) will be charged.

(b)

The fee rates established in subsection (a) and section 11-36 are minimum amounts which cannot be decreased except by revision of this article.

(c)

Increases in the fee rates may be recommended by the parks and recreation commission and by revision of this article.
