§ 15-3. Property tax exemption for the blind.

The board of aldermen being the legislative body of the city, approves the additional property tax exemption for blind persons allowed by Public Act 85-165 effective with the assessment year commencing October first, 1985; provided however, that any future increase in the exemption shall require specific approval of the board of aldermen.
