§ 15-9. Board of assessment appeals; additional members.

The board of aldermen of the City of Shelton may appoint two (2) additional members to the board of tax review, also known as the board of assessment appeals, for any assessment year in which a revaluation becomes effective, for the assessment year of revaluation and for the assessment year following such year of revaluation. No more than two (2) of which shall be from the same political party. The term of said additional member shall be for one (1) year.
