Pursuant to section 7.10e of the Charter, there is hereby created a revolving sewer
construction fund which shall be comprised of such funds as the board of aldermen
shall appropriate during each fiscal year for capital construction. The board of aldermen
shall appropriate for each fiscal year at least an amount equal to the sewer assessments
that are estimated to be received during the fiscal year under consideration.
(b)
Amounts that are in the revolving sewer fund, on the effective date of the ordinance
from which this section derives, will remain in the revolving sewer fund as reconstituted
under this section.
