§ 2-3. Requests for documentation by city officials.

All documentation requested by any city official from any department of the city, relating to the official's Charter-given powers or ordinances thereof, will receive copies with no charge to his or her person, and copies will be made available within ninety-six (96) hours of such request. If documentation is not available within ninety-six (96) hours, this will constitute a denial, violating the law.
