§ 2-7. Monies to be accepted by city/town clerk; disbursement to city treasurer.

Unless otherwise specifically provided, all monies that shall in any way accrue to the city shall be immediately paid to the city clerk, who is hereby authorized to sign receipts therefor, and the city clerk shall pay the same to the city treasurer every thirty (30) days.
