§ 2-27. Special meetings.

Special meetings of the board of aldermen may be called by the mayor at any time by giving to each alderman written or verbal notice of the usual place of abode of the aldermen, but any meeting of the board of aldermen at which the mayor and all the aldermen are present shall be a legal meeting.
