§ 3-1. Fire limits.

The following area is hereby designated as the fire limits of the city; commencing on the Housatonic River at a point where a continuation of the centerline of Myrtle Street intersects the westerly shore line of the river, thence westerly along the centerline of Myrtle Street to its intersection with the centerline of Coram Avenue, thence in a general northerly direction along the centerline of Coram Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of Wooster Street, thence westerly along the centerline of Wooster Street to its intersection with the centerline of Brook Street, thence northerly along the centerline of Brook Street to its intersection with the centerline of Howe Avenue, thence northwesterly along the centerline of Howe Avenue to its intersection with the southerly line of Wheeler Street and thence easterly to the Housatonic River along an imaginary line extending the southerly boundary of Wheeler Street to its intersection with the westerly shore of the Housatonic River, thence southerly along the westerly shore of the Housatonic River to the point of beginning.
