§ 3-4. Trailer houses; trailer coaches.

  • Any trailer house or trailer coach used for human habitation which remains on any lot or land within the limits of the city for more than thirty (30) days within any twelve-month period shall be construed to be a dwelling and, as such, shall be subject to all the regulations of the fire limits and building code and zoning ordinance.
