§ 4-5. Access to fire hydrants.

(a)

No person shall place, deposit, or maintain any object, debris, garbage, trash or other material on any public sidewalk, highway or right-of-way within ten (10) feet of a fire hydrant.

(b)

No person shall, in the course of removing or plowing snow from private property, deposit, pile or leave any such snow on any public sidewalk or public right-of-way within ten (10) feet of any fire hydrant.

(c)

Any person who violates this section shall be subject to a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
