§ 4-31. Same—Terms, removal.

(a)

The terms of the office of deputy chief, communications and assistant superintendent of fire alarms shall be in accordance with established policies of the board of fire commissioners.

(b)

The deputy chief, communications and the assistant superintendent of fire alarms may be removed in accordance with Section 6.9.3.2 of the City Charter.

(c)

All policies of the commissioners shall be in writing.
