§ 7-8. Removal of dog feces.

No owner, keeper or attendant of any dog shall permit said dog to defecate on any public or private sidewalk or property of another. If any dog shall defecate upon such public or private sidewalk or property of another, the owner, keeper or person then in control of the dog shall immediately remove, or cause to be removed from said place all feces deposited by said dog and disposed of in an appropriate manner. Any person who violates this article shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for each violation.
