§ 7-61. Definitions.

As used in this article the following words and phrases shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:

Dust shall mean all dust, ash, soot, fly ash, dirt or other fine particles of matter.

Dust-producing substance shall mean all coal, charcoal, coke, sand, gravel, dirt or any other substance composed of, mixed with, producing or otherwise capable of spreading or disseminating dust.
