§ 8-121. Housing code certificate of occupancy required.

A housing code certificate of occupancy shall be issued after an inspection has been made and the premises approved by the code enforcement officer. It shall be the responsibility of the owner to notify the code enforcement officer of all vacancies in commercial structures or commercial units. No commercial structure or commercial unit may be let until it passed inspection and a certificate of occupancy has been issued.
