§ 8-211. Adopted.

Any person who shall willfully violate any standard, requirement or provision of this chapter or of any rule or regulation adopted pursuant hereto, or who shall willfully refuse or fail to obey any order properly issued by the code enforcement officer shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), or by imprisonment for not more than one (1) year, or both. Each day's failure or refusal to comply shall constitute a separate offense.
