§ 9-141. Applicability.

Except as excluded under the provisions of this article, it shall be unlawful for any person as defined herein, to solicit, peddle, or vend on an itinerant basis, as defined in this article, within the City of Shelton without first obtaining a permit or license, as the case may be, from the police department in compliance with the provisions of this Ordinance.
