§ 16-29. Fine for overtime parking.

When any person shall receive a notice from the police department under section 16-28 to appear at the office of police headquarters of the city, such person may pay to the clerk the sum of ten dollars ($10.00), and upon payment of such amount a prosecution under this section shall be barred.
