§ 16-42. Same—Revenues; annual report.

Any revenues received from off-street parking facilities by such parking authority shall be deposited monthly to the account of the municipal parking authority. Such parking authority shall maintain proper accounting and financial records and shall maintain proper accounting and financial records and shall make an annual report to the mayor and board of aldermen.
