§ 16-43. Same—Collection, control of monies from on-street parking meters.

The parking authority of the city shall be authorized to collect and have control of all monies from the on-street parking meters in excess of twenty (20) percent annually of the sum, and may use such monies for its general purposes. The parking authority shall be responsible for the collection of the funds, and the installation and maintenance of the meters. The traffic authority shall designate the location of all on-street meters.
