§ 17-114. Unlawful discharge.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful, except as herein provided, for any user to discharge sewage, industrial waste or other waste into the sewers or sewage works of the treatment system, or any sewer connected therein, unless such user shall pay to the City of Shelton its user charge (UC) as hereinafter provided.
